The above company have been transferred to the default board with effect from 19-09-2011, due to the Non-Submission of the Annual Report for the Year Ended 31-03-2011.i need your help to clarify this.coz i have taken more than 20000 shares at 9.1 ruppees.....pls help meeee Embarassed

I do not think you should be worried since there are making good progress in recent quarters. I do not know whether there is an issue with the auditors on the figures etc. Best is to ask your broker on what is going on. Hopefully for you they will submit it soon

No, problem, once they release annual report, it will be transferred to nornal board
