There were some requests to have the posts related to the above topic compiled as a single document. Thanks to one reader it was an easy task since she collected and sent me the posts in a single file. I owe a big thank to her. I only added some pics to make things look nicer.

The problem I am facing is that there is no place to re register. It simply gives a username and password slots and says log in. I tried using different names, that too is rejected. Could the moderators pl help resolve this. I cannot access any research docs.
