The forum, like the CSE has become a cesspool. I want no further part in it please delete the tubal account.. It would really be better for the owner of this site to buy the investnow.lk domain and move the discussion there. Or failing that to rename the forum as the dumb and dumber forum.

On two previous occaisions I have asked the admin to delete this (TUBAL) account but that has not been complied with. I have asked a couple of moderators also to do the same but sadly it has not happened.

Even If the admin once again fails to comply with my request to delete this account and all past posts. Let it be said that there will be no further posts from me.

If u look at CSE its more like gambling, At start you are winning and then we get addicted and then slowly things turn against you but we gamble more to recover and before long we burn out. Only few people prosper in gambling. Most of the forum members and other investors in sri lanka are smart, intelligent gentlemen and women and they mistakenly think that they can outsmart professional gamblers. That is why before long many people savoring the bitter reality of gambling.

Stock market is the most viscous place to loose money, there is no faith or sympathy.

Many ppl have turn to day trading including the value investors due to the pathetic situation of CSE. It was no wonder the stupidity of policy implemetors that we've seen a declining market like this cuz they failed toi maintain the integrity with their policies and failed to introduce the best mechanisms so far..

A forum cant stop all users from asking questions and putting lame posts. At some point we have to let things go but a mederation was done for some posts which've gone outta control Wink

Moderators cant delete any account but being a valuable member I'd opt for you to put some value stuff like good discussions rather than running off from the forum..
Dont be offended by others stuff cuz simply it can be their stupidity..

I'm too worried over the things happening here ..few days back I took an offensive stepand tried hard to save the forum from damn idiots But unfortunately only Mod windi5 & slstock backed me on that endure... Sad

Yes.. TUBAL don't leave the forum... I was following your comments from long time and was very very useful... not like these days simple post... your posts are with facts... I saw your post in investor.lk also for against the promotion of PCH. So don't leave...This is the reality of the world ..we have to live with all cheers

Thank you.. I guess you've not seen posts merged on BLUE, EAST and stuff like that...

Ball passsing is SEC's game.. not our mods.. Wink

and We dont want to ban users all the time, rather most of these posts were removed, others were at least backed by some members with some facts.. There are techies, fundamental analysers, pattern readers and trend analysers in this forum.. Its not nice to remove posts just becuz its a pattern identification.. We do give the poster or any one to come up with proper reasoning..

We're watchin the new posts anyways..

No wonder this has happend to CSE. A major investor NP is telling that he never read research paper or anlyse any of the company fundamentals. But do day trading.

It is not the time to leave. This is the time you should be here and the forum needs your input. Do not get discouraged
by some posts. It is for people to control their lives. There is only so much we can do.

People claim they make more money by chasing gambling stocks than fundamentals. Right now talking about fundamental is also futile due to that. Let time take it course.

We can show the door but it for someone else to use it and go through. If they don;t it is their decision and it is their risk.
But we can be happy we tried and told them so.

What is this childishness ? When some new member give a - rep or post against their advice some of the seniors threaten to leave the form and then some of his friends are begging him not to leave.This situation reminds me a play group with small kids.

Most of us are adults.So why can't we discuss the things in an adult manner without making empty threats ? This is a public forum not a expert forum.Why some of the seniors can not understand that ?

I have a suggestion, let the forum and its members not the moderators decide what is quality posts and what is junk.

To do that QB has to develop a mechanism allowing members to flag "JUNK" or 'UNJUNK" a particular topic or a massage ( don't mis understand this with rep points). After a particular post receives lets say 10 junk votes it should automatically transferred to a junk area of the forum, which would keep such posts without deleting. There by allowing all members to express there views and allowing members to keep the quality high.

Just my idea, other ideas are welcome. Idea

First of thanks for the valuable info that you have been giving, looking forward to more in the future.

A forum is a place where anybody can say anything against or for, what you or anybody have said.

Ppl, will always have there own opinion on any post which they will also come out with, Or they may use the forum for there manipulative tactics. its up to the reader of ANY posts to decide which he wants to follow or not.

You speak as if this is the only online forum you are part of. this kinda thing happens all over. you get the nut cases and the genuine ones

I agree with rijayasooriya if anyone wants leave this forum or CSE they should just leave. You don’t need to announce that you’re leaving and remove your account etc that very childish. I think this forum should be able to manage without guys who don’t have patience.

Stock trading is basically speculation and you need to have patience. Markets will not behave the way you and I prefer it to behave. In my opinion for one and half to two years CSE will provide above average returns but after that CSE will not provide about average returns as the market would mature. Also a fact to note is that currently there are a lot of investors driven by greed in the market but I hope by the end of next or the year after the greed driven investors will lose their money and leave the CSE for good. The chances of see stocks manipulated like today will also reduce.

Look at everything in a positive manner. If you leave you’re going to be the looser not the CSE or the HNWI or the manipulator or the broker. Think about it very well.

If anyone gives me a negative rep thanks. lol!
