Sorry missed the attachment I guess, It is about SING right issue of Rs55/- proportion of 3:1 from 22nd September?

hope u want to know the the meaning.

they have depositd the rights to investors accounts and from today onwards those can be traded

So rights were traded before and only will be active from today onwards who ever who had rights! correct!
