Dear Friends,
I am having an account with Aq***y stock brokers from Nov 2008 and was really disapointed with the services of them. They have appointed a person as an advisor and I am getting the following assistance..... Crying or Very sad

fro the 2 years..... confused

!!!

1. He never called me or SMS me regarding any investment advise over the last 3 years.... Mad

2. When I called him in the morning to put buy or sell orders, he was most of the time unreachable and pretending to be busy.... Mad

. Even he gets the call, angrily scolds and asking to send SMS Neutral

3. The utmost sad thing is when you send SMS to BUY order for some particular stocks, he will put sell order to the existing stock lots we have in that share, and had made me loss several times.

Pls advise me how I can tackle this situation? Do you think is it wise to change him and choose another person within Aq***y complaining this to higher management? or simply opening a new Account somewhere else and transferring the shares from Aq***y account.....?

For these 3 years I was really frustrated by this guy and had incurred always losses and the sad thing is I could not get any assistance from him in any form these years.... Crying or Very sad

Your advisor is apparently either over-worked or confused...
To take advantage of market opportunities, you need to start trading on-line. Look around for a broker with a good trading platform who is willing to take you on and provide on-line access.

The person You have mentioned is not a good person I agree.He is a manager in that firm at present and support only high end customers I guess.So changing an advisor in same broker firm is not a suitable idea because he has some powers with in the mentioned company .
I simply cannot think the reason to be with him for three years when you have many opportunities to change the broker to a better one.That firm use only CDAX currently for online traders i believe.
Try to read our members comments to select a better broker.My advice is also to do your own trading with a better company but you should have a friendly broker too to get support when you need it.
This is one of the best forum to study the market and get others help for your trading.Try to read all the posts and threads here if you have time and you will know about some members to follow and get advices.

I finally decided to open a new account with a different broker.

I need to be clarified with the following.

1. If I open a new account with a different broker, will it possible to transfer the shares from this account to the new one and close this? For this transfer, is there any charges?

2. Pls suggest a good broker firm and a friendly advisor's name working there and contact details if possible..... Smile

Yes.You can transfer shares.Ask the new broker for necessary documents.

This particular broker firm's recent behaviors is unprofessional, I have bad experience with this broker firm.

Better to change the broker firm.

I know some of the broker not caring small investors. cos they basically give priority for big investors cos they can get more commission. I think this issue have all small investors in all brokering firms..

Change the broker firm my friend. You don't have any use from the current one. Report it to the sec also. You can transfer your shares through inter transfer form at the new broker. Get online facility with directfn.

I'm suprised you waited all this time to raise this issue about your broker or to change the broker. You should have done that a long time ago. Please bring this issue up with the managment of the brokerage company. This should not be tolerated. After all, they charge you commision on your trades and that should be done right. I can suggest Capital Alliance from personal experieince. They have been great through out the years. Good Luck.
