NAMAL Fund #NAVF.U good to buy under 100/= or 102/= level Namal also good to buy now. its NAV 1/02/11 109.97 (110) now its trading @ 97 level... Last time 01/01/2011 its NAV 103.30 but before end of january its highest price 110/ because high expectation about New NAV because market continuosly up. This time also market went up and up so CTHR only up by 23/= and KGAL , COMB.X , JKH ..like most of the stock went up .. and ACME also will move then NAMAL'S NAV will be increase.. Last time I also expect it will pass 110/= or 115/= but this time my idea is diffrent.. first we need to collect under 100/= level then before end of this month we need to escape with some profit.. My expectation NAVF may pass 110= before end of this month ( if it is not market in RED .. At least not in red what ever their portfolio)/ so WE can buy now under 100/= Any comments???

DK

Hi Advisor,
I'm not an expert on the matter but I did a valuation based on their last quarterly report.

The prices are today's last traded prices. So in my opinion, it might be a bit risky to get into this. But we don't know how the portfolio looks now and the above calculation does not take into accounts any dividends declared (if any either).

Interestingly enough, I've been trying to analyse how NAVF performed in relation to ASI and MPI. It appears from last Feb-2010 to Jan-2011, NAVF has given a better return than ASI only 4 times and than MPI 7 times. The total return from Feb-2010 to Jan-2011 on NAVF is 83.62%, ASI 97.3% and MPI 70.63%
