If you see the following figures you will be surprised.
01 year ago, on 01/10/10, the MPI was at 7829 while the ASI was 7147. Today the MPI is at 5998 and still declining.
The drop in the MPI during the year upto today is a stagerring 1831 points.Its about 23% percentage wise.
So this is why many fundamentaly sound blue chip shares have hit rock bottom prices. But the problem is that this scenario does not look like improving in the near future.
I think all of us forum members should get involved in a strong discussion on this issue as many of us have invested in fundamental shares, and we should know what our future is going to be and what strategies we should follow. Valuable views/ comments of the experts too would be most welcome.
