mzzahran, if you are an investor, don't chase these kind of overvalued share. If you are a short term trader, this comment is not for you.

Read the financial report, then you will realize the real value of this share. This was manipulated in a big way. Until mid of August, it was trading around Rs 15/-.

There are many undervalued shares in the market. Try to identify and invest on those shares. Once market market return to upward momentum, you will gain a reasonable profit. Don't burn your fingers by chasing overvalued speculative shares.

This will happen. 100% sure. But read below before make the decision and be smart.

It depnds on who are the big people. look at the 4th Sept announcement , Emageise had purchased 75,000 shares. So the big one is either VAF or deleted

This was trading close to 12-15 before the surge and it went up on announcements on the new leisure eco firendly lodge project and the global listing on 2020. But it went up mainly after HVA Lanka disposed 6.6mn shares to Emagewise at Rs.45. who pumped the market later to 75 levels.

Is Emagewise is crazy to buy HVA Foods at 45. Theres a behind the screen deal on this. HVA Lanka has some bad accounts in the past due to mismanagement. They owe the banks and some creditors heavily. because their main businesses before HVA foods floated in the market was carried out on HVA lanka. All bank borrowings should be under HVAL. And now they are in a need to clear the past sins in HVAL and created the deal through Emagewise. for 300 mn (6.6mn @ 45). VA & deleted partners coming for the rescue of VA husband ARF. Now they have to dump the sins on public

Now Emagewise will have to dump the share to public. and can be done only if its pumped up. If you cosider the average cost now for emagewise after this 75000 share purchase is Rs45.10. because this is only 1% of thier total holding now. if emagewise wants to dump it it has to pump this up to a significant level.

Be smart, dont get dumped

Good Luck
