It's exactly the opposite that happened, parcels as big as 500,000 were dumped on the market. No one got such large quantities from the IPO. On the other hand it was only retailers who were doing the buying. Those big parcels were sold of in splits of several thousands. That's what bogged down online trading systems like CDAX today.

CSC is reputed as one of the fastest stock exchange in the world if not the fastest . will some body clarify this ?
