if any one knows....Please enlighten me what is the background for shut down a PLC for permanently in the stock market? were there any incident happened like that in Sri lanka Or world yet? Thanks.

Are you asking about De-listing, or winding down of a PLC?

De-listing - According to the provisions of SEC regulations
Winding down - According to the provisions of companies act

How to shut down CSE for 2 months Very Happy

So that we can minimise the losses. Let PLC IPO also finish and they open CSE. It is sucking the entire funds in the market.

Did Vanik and FERN followed liquidation process. Both these companies are not in CSE any more. Also wondering what happened to COXY (Ceylon Oxygeon)?

Believe VANIK is still a listed company at CSE though no trading is done.

As mentioned by other COXY and AMW was delisted. There might be a few CARS Oil palm companies which might get delisted in the future.
