I was wondering, how lucky Peiople's Leasing IPO is..

Day before it is about to open, the issues at the SEC which were holding back the market is corrected, and the market is flying.

I am sure the market situation may prompt some new investments to the IPO.

who are Investor for IPO may be most of are government Institution... Otherwise retail Investors dont have much money to dump in IPO..
