Before 2009 when market down -Because of LTTE activities
Again market down-Because of credit clearance
Again market down-Because of Mr. "C"
But still market down -Why?
Please someone can explain it to me.
(I am not expecting a green market everyday but it has to be balance)

No big boys participation. So turnover low anyway.

Other than that Retailer are not sure whether to buy or not. Will it go up will it go down. So low volume also.

It is sideways.

So traders and other retailers are playing it safe without buying right now.

BTw, there could have been some short term effect due to PLC IPO money drainage.

all the investors have used all their funds &all the margins too.now there is no body to jack up the prices .now market needs new funds.all the money looted from the small investors are with manipulators&they invest only if there are people who follows them.but it seems every body is waiting to sell.

I cannot understand why this big boys are not partiicpating ??? Weather big boys took money back from the marekt.

I saw in one web site lot of money save by D..... has taken out. The money he earn from ....> I am not sure it is true or not. Only the information.

When SEC said they are after certain people to catch them for manipulation , certain big boys possibly decided to stay out to teach a lesson.

I recall one big boy said he is one of the biggest traders at CSE. By the looks of it I do not see his participation these days.

Look at what happened with DG removal. They seemed to flash their power within a day so they got what they want and again decided to take back seat.

If overall market goes up , then everybody will start coming in. Maybe some will lease their car, pawn their jewellery , morage their house to bring in money to join the fun.

When market is down , no big boys to push shares, and current retailers have exhausted their money and no motivation for speculation this is what can happen.

One good thing is I see some Foriegn participation improving a little.

It is very easy to destroy something but rebuilding is really difficult.

All big players are in one group...

Yes..when overall market goes up all the pepole will run behind the shares. Thats the normal human behaviour. Though some pepole have money does not like to take the risk.

I think this is a problem of Credit, once the credit rules are sorted out there will be big rally. Cos many retailers will get cheap credit to buy at premium prices.

Any how without weeping best is to identify good counters and invest when the things are cheap.

this is the case credit crunch also.

regulators squeeze the credit to save the market, but market died,
