Is this just an optimistic guess or a prediction with a reason?

Unless something drastically happened to change the general sentiment of the investing community, this trend or the stagnation is going to continue.

Many have posted reasonable profits according to their Q3 reporting, yet the prices on the floor are not truly reflecting those gains.

The market will almost certainly bounce back, but predicting 'when' is difficult. Is 6,250 a good support level? I don't know.

'When' depends on the sustainability of SL's growth story and better CSE regulation. Basically, foreign funds should find our market attractive again.

My portfolio is now worth about 89.5% of what I paid for it, but no worries! For the time-being, I am looking for good companies that have high and consistent dividend yields - exceeding bank interest rates (9%). Any recommendations?

We are all hoping for bull in the bear market. A true one this time which last a few days. After the last run ( fake 3% ) a correction seems envitable .

So far 6250-6280 has been a strong support. Lets hope it will not break with heavy volumes so then it becomes a resistance. On the other end I saw someone predicting sometime ago this is the start of the downfall only and ASI will go to 5000!
Was just pondering on that. So according to that person 5000 is another 20% drop from now. Am wondering what will happen to the already heavily wounded retailers. Certainly I do not think certain controlling entities will not let that happen and make CSE a Bangladesh stock exchange.

Lets hope for the best. It better to see slow and steady movement ( even minor) than huge hikes and bigger drops afterwards as usually these drops take much more than what went up.

There some very attractive stocks with growth prospects trading at PE of 5-10 now.
I certainly hope that thing recover due to better market PE with renewed interest.

Since CSE has a mind of its own and does opposite things hope the below global "market meltdown" on thursday/wednesday does not effect CSE on Friday.

Who know may it will do the opposite. rabbit
