There was no rain, even if there was rain SL could have won easily as there were no wickets fallen. Good luck will prevail even after the finals. Wish SL and the CSE all the best in April !

Success in sports and prevailing peaceful environment is good for the economy and the share market. So far Sri Lanka is on a winning tract. Wish them success in the Finals.

Sri Lanka has got one of the best bowling sides and best openers I batting, Kumar and Mahela and many others in the reserve as well. New Zealand will have a tough time and who ever comes to the finals it will be a real test. Good luck Sri Lanka. By the way British airways flights seem to be returning home. Kingswood College has also gone home. Sri Lanka is getting ready to fly Mumbai. Good luck Kumar Sangakkara and the team. Good luck for all Sri Lankan cricket fans as well!

Good luck for investors in the CSE as well!

Maani, the Parrot Killed on Declaring Pakistan as World Cup 2011 WInner Exclamation Exclamation Exclamation

Maani, the Indian parrot who has a 100% record as Paul, the Octopus in FIFA World Cup 2010 has been given chance to predict the Cricket World Cup 2011 winner. He was given 3 chances of predicting the winner of the World Cup 2011 and all the three times he picked one flag and it was of Pakistan. The parrot was found dead today and it seems either the Hindu extremist organization Shev-Sina killed it or its owner killed due to the fear of Shev-Sina workers. A point to remember is that Pakistan have been given warning by Shev Sina that they will not allow Pakistan to play the finals in Mumbai if they reached.

http://paragnews.com/2011/03/maani-the-parrot-killed-on-declaring-pakistan-as-world-cup-2011-winner/

Indian kills parrot over Pak win prediction

DM Monitoring

BANGLORE – An Indian “psychic parrot” who’s name was Mali predicted Pakistan three times in a row as Cricket World Champion 2011.But his owner baba, to make himself safe from Indian doggy party Shiv Sena, killed the bird for predicting Pakistan as the victor.

It is also noted that Indian media is hiding this hot piece of news, which exposes the real image of Indian democracy, to the world.

The Pakistani Nation is happy but mostly people express that they do not have any belief in any psychic. Mamu, a psychic, had also predicted in the T20 World cup 2010 semis that Pakistan would win but Pakistan lost that match.

So we only believe in self power and have firmer faith in the fact that God willing, we will lift the Cup, from Mumbai…and will beat anyone except Shiv Sena with the bat.

For Murali.

Ode to one of Sri Lanka’s Greatest Sportsmen, ever!

To the finals the Lankan go
See how the pride it does glow!
They bring glory to our motherland
One and all, our cricket fans

Murali, you are our ‘winner’
The world’s ever greatest ‘spinner’
Every spectator was up on his/her feet
To give an ovation for your feat

Like sheep to the slaughter
The Kiwi’s you did send
Hope the Pakistanis and Indians
A message it will send

The Kiwis you did beat
With your last ball
Oh! How you set the ground for them
To have a receive a great maul

Wickets were your ‘stock-in-trade’
All your opponents a price they paid
Yes! Sri Lankans big and small
With your smile you won their hearts, all

Unlike some who just refused to go
Who lingered on and on, what a bore!
When you felt that you could give some more
Modestly you decided it was time to go

We know you have a Big Vision
Wish you all the best in your Mission
May all the needy and destitute
Benefit from your benevolence

Your spirit was more powerful than the game
More than anything else you’ve made a name
There are many great names in Lanka’s books
Of YOU I will most definitely write a book.
