there has been a crossing of 3,334,000 shares at Rs. 15 today,,,,,,,
why would anyone do this when share trades around the 10.50-11.50 range??

U can not buy such amount of share at the market without making significant price increase.Therefore even with a premium buyer has to buy it from a shareholder.

3.3Mn shares is no small amt..

This means either some one has looked into their financials and made some decisions or wants to get in to the company as a director...

Be careful, we can rmber wht happended to PCH, cow ...... bought & sold in 1 day, poor retailers followed him & made huge loss
