No matter what ever the rules or regulations imposed,Market will be down until the end of the month.It can be dragged until the end of December.
Why??
* Uncertainty around the world
* IPO s on (30th Nov.)
* End of months settlements
* Festive season

Yes dindon1. There are many other reasons too. But the reasons you mentioned are the most important ones.

i am agree only with you. others are negetive minded. those mentioned reasons above can not be accepted, since we can not predict anything about the mkt now. eventhough you (above posts) said so you will buy when its going up. but for me wise decision is to colloect now little by little.
