Any confirmed news on Citrus Waskaduwa and Kalpiti IPOs ?

Today is the opening day for both.
Unofficial news from Kynsye Road says both were over subscribed marginally by this evening. They have to count some more applications coming from outstations and via brokers.

They cannot close it today because they had no time to announce it before 1.30. Most probably they will close it tomorrow evening.

Citrus Waskaduwa and Kalpiti IPO money is going to be used to build 2 hotels from the ground up and it's going to take around 2-3 years to complete the construction, is that right? So does it mean until then these companies will not make any earnings for the next 2-3 years?

One company will have earnings. Kalpitiya. They will sell CLND to a foreign party at some point, after asset re-valuation is completed. Capital gain would be over 1.4 billion. Good medium term investment.
