Just see how counter reactive your measures. The market is collapsing. You Could have take action against the culprits. Not for all. We feel that the market should not be controlled artificially. But you should take action for the irregular practices too. Consider the following situation and re consider you step taken.
1. If a firm declared a dividend over 10% limit
2. If a firm declared a bonus/ right issue worth over 10% margin
A re-tail investor.

Dear Mr. Malik,
It is better if you publish the enforcement actions in progress together with daily updates. This is an area where lot of manipulations is taken place. As an example everyone knows that there is an action in progress against to GREG. But no one knows the progress. Due to the same a lot of rumors are spreading time to time and people react on. One who starts the game always wins while others lose. You can prevent these unscrupulous activities if you provide proper information regarding the ACTIONSIN progress.
Hence, I kindly request you to reveal all actions in progress together with updates in your web.
Further I have already requested to consider providing margin trading facilities to small scale investors too directly or through brokers. Hope you may seriously consider this. If you are in favor of the same kindly do it quickly before ruins all small scale investors due to the fall of prices daily. Do not forget that some of the biggest people in the market have started with little investment.
My personal feeling is that the market is negatively performed due to the over interference by the regulators on the market. Our market is not driven by market forces but by regulatory forces. Just turn back and see the balance sheet of your history. Then you can understand whether you have done well or not. See whether you have introduced a lot of local and foreign investors or not? Our general feeling is that you are not performing well.
I mentioned all these things just to consider and take any actions if the facts are correct. Otherwise, just forget. But keep in mind if anyone works in a private business venture does not perform well he or she definitely loses his or her job.
