The rights issue price of Rs. 20 per share approximates closely to the prevailing net asset value of the Company, which was Rs. 21.25 per share as at 31st December 2010. When the rights issue is concluded, the resulting net asset value per share would work out to approximately Rs. 20.05, based on the published net asset value as at end December 2010.

Today Rights closed at 500/=. so, if Normal share come down to this level, what will happen to the investors who bought it over 3000/=????? How many will suicide? on other hand, can we expect another manipulation of Rights to keep it more than 3000?? Really confusing share....!!!!!!

Well they will not get any sympathy from me. Only the biggest kind of fool would buy a share at 2000 when it's real value is more like 200. My signature says it all.

More like Rs 20. See what the COmpany said in their Interim report. To Company it is worth Rs 2 at most as below. Then comes the crossing at Rs 10.3. Anyone who buy it at Rs 500 even, why do they buy it. I agree with Tubal. No sympathy for them from me too.

My confusion is why SEC is in 'dont care' mode

From their view, Do they think this is legal? Perhaps this may be the reason most of the illiquid shares trying to show their 'flying colours'

Stock Trader

if i buy WAPO share few days before @ 5000/- my cost is Rs. 500,000 and i entitled 3750 rights (75:2).

Then, today if i sell those rights @ Rs. 700/- my revenue is Rs. 2,625,000 without selling my 100 shares even. Return is more than 500%. ( easily we could sell above 1000/- all the rights today early morning.

It gave amazing return.................................................

So, what you guys think now????????

Then again, rights are now around 500/-. may be this also give same kind of return. but who knows?????????
