Y nobody speak of KHC. Spliting shares always create a hypothetical bull-run. In my opinion this is very attractive @ 270 levels given the 1:35 split. May hit 400 levels surely. Comment pls.

Problem is after split what would be the PE? Then the question is whether it is worth to hold(in case you are unable to sell with without a profit)?

hehe KHC split is one of the worse split i ever see. 1:35 lol
no point of holding for split. better to exit with whatever profit you have before trading halt.

This is the correct thing to do.

KHC is not a bad counter to buy before the split,
NAVPS =341
PBV=0.79
EPS=1.67 for six months
PE =45.10
public holding is less than 2millions,very easy to manipulate,may go above 350 after the announcement of the exact date of the split.

This is what I meant. In CSE our "favorite holding period should not be forever" as of in line with u know who! Buy now and sell when the exact date of splitting announced.. mind u NAVPS wise still good even this hits 400 levels.

Nice one Mark. It was a good buy around 200-220. As far as I heard they are planning to build a new hotel in Kandy area. Overall still its not a bad counter in hotel sector.

I sold all my KHC shares recently.

When their new hotel JV announcement came I bought some and got rid of it at 281 with thr split announcement.

I feel the same will happen to what happened to other shares which went for split.
