If she was greedy don't you, the intelligent traders, think that she could have deposited millions in her account (like the very recently died minister of yours had 80 million in his account, and was told he earned it from hard work, or your minister who died from a suicide bomber in the last days of the war who had similar accounts, or all your MPs whose accounts which weren't published at all) from the big players (manipulators and brokers) as bribes or gifts. She could have taken the gifts and happily stay silent while manipulators run the market. But she didn't.

In Sri Lanka, if you're honest and direct public servant you get what happens to the OIC who got transferred to Batticaloa. If you go shopping trips to Singapore with your wife using public funds, you get pardon.

I can remember they started to inveigate some activities relate to insider trading against few clercks in a small finance company. Hoh! (Thoru Moru indeddi Halmesso passe yanne thaman awanka nisada? If x come or y come, no one can control the situation, need to accept the reality.
What is happening and happened are well planned and engineered.
We are the pray for them.
Wait and see the situation will change or not?
Be intelligent and profit from CSE is the best strategy.
I do not want go further, then this discussion will lead to another stage. (which is related to the prevailing political situation)
Good luck.

How do you know Indrani or her friends/relatives did not profit from her everyday rule change? Do you have any proof her as honest public servant? She resigned only after president asked her to do so... Some buggers praise her because her word " I am resigning to keep my principals" ... because it can used against Government.. I have seen "Sunday Leader" do that... These buggers never speaks the truth but they are scavengers who looks for political advantage in anything...

Yes, Kumar,  its all true about these corrupt officials, we may still see many more coming into the scene when one finds it a lucrative area.
In my opinion, the stringent laws must be brought in  and amend the law present law as necessary to expose (Photograph of person) such men immediately they find sufficient evidence to suspect a person. The courts must pass judgement within 30 days of arrest. If in any case the person is found not guilty, wide publicity must be given in the press and on Government news, and action must be taken on officials who bring in false charges.
