It is widely discussed that prevailing negative market sentiment has to be stopped , at least not to up the market but to remain at this level without further going down ,we repeatedly experiencing day by day.
SEC may relax some of its regulations which some have pointed out as over regulation.
In this context Credit relaxation is highly expected by mostly retail investors.
To encourage more and to be cost effective , transaction cost to be reduced ,one may suggest.
Start buying by a fund backed by government (May be through EPF/ETF/PENSION , some other newly created fund specially for this purpose )cannot be denied.
Inviting for large foreign investors/Funds to directly transfer the investments which were made through EPF/ETF by realizing good capital gains while giving foreign investors a fairly big control over companies.
