As I understand the SEC makes policies, rules & regulations at higher, CSE does lover level operational activities and recommends certain actions to SEC for rule making , the Brokers Association (now split over current issues) together with few high networth investors represents all investors.

Hence, the concerns of retail investors are not properly represented at higher forums. Your valuable veiws & suggestions are welcome.

That correct. Previousley some members in the forum tried to make a retail investors union ..but it was not succesful. Has to have a representation in the any discussions

Yes I remember some members (Sawn & Windy) have taken interest but getting small investors together is like ලාහට ගෙම්බෝ අල්ලනවා වගේ !

Not a bad idea, if something can be Resuscitated from the previous attempt.
