Capitalization of reserves means the company will certain amount of reserves ( retained earnings ) to the stated capital, in capitalization of reserves number of shares and value of stated capital will increase.

In a company went for the share split then no of shares will increase, but there will be no any changes to the value of stated capital

Generally, What would be the benefit to the company from capitalisation of reserves other other than the liquidity of the share? What would be the benefit to the share holders?

If the company perform well and if the dividend declared you might get more, when the price increase you may get more profits, also the % of shareholding will remain unchanged

Guys but what I can't understand is, if the shares are not updated as yet why did people sell today at half price? Will these guys get more shares when they lodge new shares?

If u hold the shares at the last date of conversation, the shareholder will get the percentage of bonus offered, without the thing whether still he/she hold or not

This has made LFIN bit liquid now. Can we expect LFIN to move to 200 levels soon?

Personally if you noticed WDNH Transactions in the past , I sometimes find him to be a bit erratic trader. He buy and sells sometimes loses to same price. No offence to him and am not implying anythign about LFIN but just my observation.
