who can guarantee that the market would be normal? there is always uncertainty and risk involved,so minimizing risk is to cut off losses..you can do it by having a LOSS POINT..
SELL ANY SHARE IF IT CAME TO LOSS POINT,DONT FALL IN LOVE WITH SHARES...
but never ever sold at high losses,i mean now you may be late to cut off losses,so now you have to be a LONG TERM INVESTOR if you ddnt sold them at right loss point...
