Now the CSE is not an attractive place to cash flow generations. Everyday dull & dull

Bank FD rates are now around 12-15%. It's better to transfer CSE funds to banks and earn high returns.

Government has decided to increase REPO & Reverse REPO again.

There had a time where we got over 25% interests. But, those who used to CSE will never fully divert. People who expect high return definitely come to CSE. When there is possible high return the associate risk too will be high.

One fine day this negativity will be over. Then if you hold the right shares compared to market, 25% gain will look puny.

But it is always good never to put all your money at CSE. That is very unwise.

Those who got money need not to touch 5-7 years, may invest in stock market.
Those who got the essential skills and mental calibre can do trading.
In both case you can gain more than the Fixed Deposit interest.
(I know personally some of the investors/traders who gained even we were struggling)

ya your suggestion is correct but if someone sell all shares at losses and transfer the money into the bank account, that will be the craziest decision made by him or her.

Bank interest will not be able to cover that loss.

However, If your have some saved money, please put it in a fd instead of putting into the trade account..

The new trend of interest rate behavior will affect to CSE in two ways

1. Block new funds
2. Rise the finance cost of business

Both are affecting to the investment decisions of individuals and institutions.

So we cannot expect a better prospect from CSE in near future.

Valid points, but one more thing CSE will stabilise.

No more Sakvithi or Daduwam Mudalali

Because CB has already imposed the regulations on the ceiling interest rates on deposits.

Therefore no one can pay higher rates exceeding CB regulations on deposits.

if anyone knows the current ceiling rate please post it to avoid the sakvithi disasters

Putting limits that doesn't make any sense. What if you're given a 15% and a complementary food parcel or a can of petrol or a bottle of yellow label.

Actually that's happening in practice. but ultimate risk of the deposits should be taken by the depositor.

CB will not come to repay your money in the case of a financial failure of the financial institutes.
