Hi guys,

the market is keeping on falling. i am confused what to collect but feel one out of BFL or CFLB or KGAL is the best undervalued also will perform well in this quarter too.

please advice.

All above are undervalued, but it's not a prudent decision to enter plantations at this moment I guess

Hi amjad

Developing situation around Japan and asia is not healthy for demand for rubber. Japan is the world's 3rd largest economy, and it's predicted there would be decline in vehicle production and other related industries.World crude oil prices are also on declining mode, which might further affect rubber prices. All these may be for a shorter period. On the other hand from the above 3 stocks,For BFL there will be no apparent declining demand for food stuff rather there would be a global shortage of foods, which will further increase the demand for foods; And for CFLB, if you have read the LBO article CB statements about properties and related businesses, CFLB will have a bright future too.

PS- Kindly note that I intend to compare only the probable DEMAND of above companies for their products and services in the near future, though many other factors may affect the earnings or Share price of the above companies

It's obviously a difficult one to say, and predict the future performance, However I would choose the following

SAMP,NTB,NDB,LFIN,LOLC,JINS
BRWN,DIST,RHL
CINV,KAPI
TAFL,BFL,GRAN
LCEY,CIC

I feel those are less vulnerable sectors and stocks if you are considering current developing global situation and those are becoming more and more undervalued in this correction. However I'm not promoting nor recommending any of them, Those are Simply what I'm going to buy If I have some capital at this moment, and I also hope those stock prices will drop further during coming days and I'm compelled to see this as a great opportunity for investors.

BRWN = Still looks overly valued to me. The share price has risen from around Rs 120 to 260 within 6 months. Their EPS is high due one off sell ( Some HNB shares to Mr Captain). They are a growing company but they are already valued for that.

KAPI = similar type of story. Extraordinary price shot up just before the right issue. Bright future but already valued. But better position than BRWN.

JINS = Dont think this is a less vulnerable share. Good share but higly vulnerable due huge share capital.

But in generally I dont wanna critise you selection. its a good bunch of companies I have seen for sometimes Smile
