Before the IPO a private placement was done . Present shareholders bought shares at Rs. 35/=. Its there in the Prospectus.

Anyway you amy be able to get - Due to First day selling and exit.

But why? If you look at the market, some solid companies with strong track record with several years of annual reports available for study are trading at a discount, why do you want to buy an unknown at a premium?

thing is Im new to the subject n Im expecting UB share price will go up to 60 thatz y Im trying to buy from secondary market on the 1st day around 30..

you won't get a chance to buy even at 40 bucks...the cost per share of big fishes applied through gurantees is close to 41/=,

same thing happend in the case of Singer Fin also at that case their cost was 23/=, which went skyrocketing..

in UB also that will be true, buy even at 50/= you can sell it at above 70/=

please do not regard this as an advise, i didn't apply for UB ipo and not going to trade on the above manner as well..

take your own risk...

Yes buy at 50 and burn your fingures. Just look at what happend with HVA food share price. On the first day it went to 29 and now it trades around 20. Be careful with these speculations, they may not always be correct.
