Jul 17, 2012 (LBT) - In-spite of emerging demand for smartphones Sri Lankan mobile applications development sector had been refocused as a whole and there is an enormous potential to growth, Dinesh Saparamadu CEO of leading software firm - hSenid Group of companies said.

In a special interview with LBT Saparamadu said that for the last 18 to 24 months there had been a tremendous growth of companies and individuals involved in developing mobile applications with increasing trends for smartphones in the marketplace.

According to him these developments had lead in to a mobile application ecosystems in the sector. He further said that hSenid helps companies to cut down their capital expenditure on infrastructure by a product titled 'People's HR'.

People's HR is a web based Human Capital Management solution and is specially designed to minimize the client's day-to-day operational workload and make life easier for the HR staff as well as for system administrators. The solution works on a monthly rental basis which is calculated based on the number of users.

The hosted Human Capital Management Solution covers all HR functions at an affordable monthly fee can be accessed through internet.

In addition the solution enables to have no dedicated staff cost, no hardware & maintenance cost, no database cost and no software cost with faster innovation and regular updates without any additional cost.
