What do you think of the NAVF value for this month? Based on the portfolio they announced in Q3 report, it should be around 95 (in which case it should be trading around 80). However we noticed that in Feb, the actual NAVF value was 109 where as per Q3 report it should be 92.1.
I've attached a file which contains stats for Jan and Feb and current values for March. The Yellow square is the assumed discrepancy between the Theoretical Unit Value vs. Real Unit Value. You can type in any value you want here, but be realistic

As per current stats and Q3 report, NAVF is around 94 (even then it is at a discount at the moment). However if you assume there is a discrepancy then the value would be higher. I have not included any dividend payment as they hardly make a dent.
[b]Disclaimer:[b] Any equity analysis is an analysis only and does not constitute for a buy/sell recommendation. This is even truer for something like NAVF where there are much more unknowns (such as the constituents of the fund). Therefore use your own judgement.
