As far as I can think, the bull factor in in BFI and few other stocks can be, inter alia, attributed to:

1. Budgeted reduction of corporate tax by 7% and Financial VAT by 8% taking effect with this quarter (I hope these proposals are effective from Jan 2011) - expectation of a better performance by BFI.

2. Customery push by few to show a better share price and market capitalisation - especially those companies whose Financial Year ends with 31st March, 11.

I think budget proposals are effective after marhc 31st.As an example, budget proposed the removal of debit tax. but still we are paying that and it will be removed after march 31. So i think other proposals are applicable in the same way i.e. after march 31.

Yes dhamm. As per the following link, it becomes effective from 1st April, 2011. So we can expect an improved performance from next qtr.
