mm... price band imposed on SUGA and WAPO.

In terms of the SEC directive dated 14th September 2010, the 10% price band has been imposed on SUGA.N.0000 & WAPO.N.0000 with effect from 25th March 2011 to 07th April 2011 (both days inclusive).
The 10% price band imposed on LDEV.N.0000 has been removed with effect from 25th March 2011.
The full list of securities on which the 10% price band is applicable is attached.

Now they notice. WAPO had so many fluctuaions burning many people. Looks like the increase in volume is what did it to get caught to their formula.

WAPO has already done the damage. Now only SEC has realized this.

After right issue there are too many shares floating around and gets traded! I can't understand how people are still amazed at why some share gets baned and others don't !

I said sometimes back, even if the quantity is less than 100 to satisfy their so called 'criteria' , SEC would not bother.

No argument that things should be automated to make them effective and efficient. but in such cases, human monitoring should also be involved.

I wonder if they have hard and fast formula (the formula may be a human lol! ). Even if they have one, many suspected (knew) that WAPO was/is being manipulated before so called formula captured it.

If someone says WAPO captured due to improved liquidity, there are many liquid shares in CSE than WAPO to be captured in price band Smile , IMHO .

ASHO was force sold and price went down by a huge % with huge number of shares being traded! So yes it was liquidity! If only 200-1000 shares of ASHO got traded that day to had the price down that much because no buyers for them there would not have been a price band! ( Considering it only went down by 50% max)

PS:- Alternatively people can keep blaming at the system as many seems to like saying no sense no consistency and don't understand why they put bands! That also works and seems to work wonders when ever people post!

With this price band SEC will lead other manipulation to investors.. I am very much sure in coming days WAPO and SUGA price band will be used for the manipulation with 10% price up.....

In past we have evidence price band manipulation like PCH,KAPI and recently LDEV....

What do u think guys......
