"will the dividend be same for voting and non voting in future also? or do the company have the rights to change it?"

Except in case of Tokyo in the past, I have not come accross a case where different dividend rate were applied for N and X. In case of Tokyo, the par values were different. Now ofcourse all same.
Though companies have the right to declare different dividends, normally it is not done.

Your above order seems ok.

One of the best stocks is CICx. the growth potential is huge and the company is run by professional management and mostly gentlmen. CIC is fairly insulated from commodity and EU crisis and firmly embedded in the fabric of Srilankan rural life where 70% live.

Their only problem is working capital management (or lack of it). Huge over draft and negative cash balance for the time immorial. If CIC can come out of debt and improves the gearing , I WILL SELL MY HOUSE AND BUY CIC

Beta
A measure of the volatility, or systematic risk, of a security or a portfolio in comparison to the market as a whole. Beta is used in the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM), a model that calculates the expected return of an asset based on its beta and expected market returns. It is also known as "beta coefficient".

A beta of 1 indicates that the security's price will move with the market. A beta of less than 1 means that the security will be less volatile than the market. A beta of greater than 1 indicates that the security's price will be more volatile than the market.

http://www.cse.lk/270808/pdf/glossary.pdf
Every stock has beta value against to ASPI and MPI. If the beta value is high the relative risk is high and vice versa.
Just go to www.cse.lk and find beta valves of all each stock.
