What is the reason for quick soaring of SIRA.N0000.....? Any good news....?

wht happened 2 sira.i bought today morning 20000 shares 4.60 .i did nt expect this and sold 6.10.....

Stupid me:( I knew it will shoot after looking at their announcements + reports but after i sold few months back never bought back! Should have bought atleast few thousand !

I'm also amazing due to the gain of SIRA. Have some of them bought at earlier rally around 6.10. I waited until drop more to average but fortunate not with me. Anyway what is the reason behind such a gain? Anybody has the news?

I sold 15000 at 6.00 which I got 5.30(avarage).I could have wait and see.Anyway I have 10000 remaining.Wait and see

They are planning to build two bouquet hotels with a joint venture with free lanka. If SIRA not going to spend their own money, most probably they will go for a right issue. Market will not react like this if the news going to come is a pure right issue as investors tends to take rights negatively. What about REEF kind of approach? Although you can’t create so much of warrants, what about capitalization of shares 10 : 1 and a right issue with a attached warrant. Just a dream. hope for the best. Very Happy

Bad luck... I hold them 5.17 till one month and placed the order yesterday for 5.30 and did not check the market after 1.30pm... didn't believe this kind of going at the final stage... At last went it without lost... Evil or Very Mad

i think it will continue to go up next week also. but have to be careful now. already 25% upfor the day. price band will impose.

same thing happened last year also . share price sky rocketed from Rs.2.60 to Rs.4.20 Exclamation

but nobody knew the reason .......
then one morning SIRA announced Rs 0.20 dividend Razz

other speculation is possible right issue Razz
