Guys i mentioned this somewhere else. You are creating speculation on top of speculations.

First we do not know NDB will sell AVIVA yet. Then you are talking about the the company sho holds the AVIVA building beign taken over?

Unless you post some resource or a clear argument this will fall toward promotion. So becareful.
