When I speak to my broker, he predicts there is a rumer that they can go for a split or right issue. But it's very risky to enter to this counter. When we look at the net profit for last 4 quaters, it's only 22.31 million. Currently trading on PE more than 200. NAV is 607.60.

Can any one tell me why it's trading at high value. Is it a another WAPO? confused

Please share if any one analysed this share.

today there is a crossing at 3500. i think something is going to happen with this share. i have some bought in odd lot. i think phar will break its all time high next week. Exclamation

If Im correct few months ago N Perera & GREG bought a large chunk of PHAR for Rs6XX each from MORI. One of these guys may needs exit from PHAR with a huge profits.

This company is owned by the GREG clan...therefore, there might be a split (say....one share may be divided into 25,000 shares) followed by a right (1000 new shares for each post-split share) with a bunch of warrants upto the year 2099....

The only persons who have these kind of quantities of PHAR are GREG and Nimal Perera. If GREG is selling (or buying), they will have to disclose to CSE.

Much has been talked of about rights with warrants and share splits at PHAR, but investors would do well to also look at the hard fundamentals of PHAR and then decide.

Be careful about getting caught at the top in a pump and dump game.

PHAR under new management some thing better than before.

PHAR Last year sold the land and property nearly 206 million Rupees.
