Since there was a huge demand for IPO, I thought this would sky rocket, but now its around 40/=.

I donno, most of the shares, which claimed to be very good by many people, including my broker (who is a dumb ass Evil or Very Mad ), are so sad. It's said that forced selling.

If it were not the real reason, I think, not selling your 100 shares for above 40 would be a little grief, since this might run a little more time to pickup.

(my feeling, not sure)

Rgts!

ane bro why why why you guys think like this????

please understand how CSE behaves .... (not stock exchangers behave)

Enjoy the trading today.Your ROI ( return on the Investment) would be high.

i think it will take some time to move up.either there is a collector who is collecting at this price or there is a big seller.

Don't worry Mahesh...I am sure you are not the only one. There are people who even bought this at 45. So in that sense you are in a better position my friend.

Let me ask you a question. Before you made your decision to buy this share, did you spend atleast couple of minutes to study their financials to verify if this share is worth at Rs. 42? No offense, I am pretty sure you may have followed the market sentiment and bought this hoping that it will go up further.

To me this was not attractive even at Rs. 25, so I did not apply for the IPO.

The EPS adjusted for IPO is only 42 cents and this gives a very high PE ratio of 100 at Rs 42 per share.

The NAV adjusted for IPO is only Rs. 13 and gives a PBV of 3.23 at Rs. 42 per share.

The above figures explain that this share is certianly not attractive at Rs. 42. There are number of other promising banks already listed in the market that are much better in their current prices.

Having posted this, I have no intention to discourage those who have already invested in this share. The market does not always react to these fundamentals. So you will definetly get your chance to make your exit at an appropriate gain.
