I think most the winners int he share market are having with strong networks with most influential people. those who can create and maintain such networks will get together and run the game. they get to know hot news, changes, new trends etc.

this is understood during my short period of being at share market Wink

Dont try to look for silly reasons for your mistakes/losses/bad timing/etc...

Learn from them. Look at market over months and years and not make conclusions on a daily basis!

I have never listened to anyone or had any contacts but i have been successful with most of my investments in CSE! My first 02-03 years in CSE I lost 50% of my money!

Cheers!

they are not winners, they are losers.

if you buy share based on information you got from social network, 75% for sure, you will lose.

winners are thr people who understand the market, and play alone.

in share market dont rely on anybody, even your parents...play by yourself...

Wrong reason!
Failure or success depends on our own way of handling investment.
Being networked is not the answer.
Rather, better to dig in and find your own strategy of winning.

Question is are you an investor who does not worry too much about short term fluctuations but attain longer term profit goals or a trader who tries to optimize profits in short time. If you are a longer term invester these short term news are not that important as your approach will be different. These "insider" news can be useful for short term trading.

In any case . getting disheartened over issues like this is not suitable. Many retailer do not have access to such info. But yet some succeed with their investment strategies. ( news or not) . Idea is how to outperform the market and the average investor without such info.

The problem here is most say they are investors. But they are actually traders. They come when the market is going up and try to trade and mainly using credit. So in a U turn they panic.

Still most of the shares are very much above compare to June. Some still trade 50% abouve June prices. So those guys invested in June, even they didn't book the profits in September, they are very much into profits still.

So be look into to the longer run, while utilising trading opportunities. Some times all trades will not come in your favor. Be prepared to accept both. Within one or two months time or may be within weeks you may get the opportunity to turn the mistake into a winning position.
