I was just going through the announcements made by LFIN over the last 3-4 months and a significant quantity of shares have been picked up by two directors ranging from 115/- to 169/-. I roughly calculated and it is over 250,000 shares. 
LFIN has low liquidity and such significant buying by major shareholders has seem to squeeze the liquidity further and current holders not willing to sell, hence large fluctuations occurring.
LFIN has done well in the past decade and has risen 70% from 100/- to 170/- in the last few months and such active purchase by major shareholders rings a bell somewhere.... A major announcement pending??
Even today's purchase seems familiar and i wont be surprised if another PURCHASE BY DIRECTOR announcement is made soon!
If LFIN has done well, there is a chance that most finance sector players must have done better than expected this year.
