Any comments.

LFIN EPs around Rs 12 after capitalization. With potential growth. The at Rs 175 is a decent price to the buyer

Totally agreed. I post this topic not to criticize this share. It has great potential to grow.

Maybe this is another transfer of KDD's portfolio to his Vallibel One holding company. Just a guess, there have been other similar transactions lately as well.

I presume RCL is the buyer. It's too early for them to sell their existing LFIN shares.
( Just a thought)

Nimal perera was the seller. Don't know who is the buyer.

May be this is the profit taking time for Mr. Nimal Perera. He has disposed LFIN, VFIN and REEF. And also part of his stake in PHAR.

Mr WDNH Perera is one erratic trader. I have seen this happen before several times.

Bought 12200 shares for 175.91
sold 12200 shares for 177 same day!

Yes I also have noticed this kind of movements before & would like to know the secret behind this unusual behaviour. Any idea?

Only 13,298 LKR profit for that transaction.
I guess he just wanted to balance the supply and demand without letting price rise too high.
He has brought some more of LFIN in the same day which he didnt sell....

Maybe he mixed up the sell with a buy and then he sold again ?
