I have previously posted and tried to find out if there should be any mandatory disclosure for such significant change in major share holding with no luck in this forum.
From the limited information I have gathered I feel the Janus fund is the seller with various buyers mostly foreign. The Janus fund have two holdings through two accounts, one for 33 million and the other 15 million. Since the selling started I have counted more than 40 million shares transacted in these large crossings and feel we are getting close to Janus competely exiting COMB.N
If I am correct, it gives me two expectations for COMB.N for the short term. One is that Janus might offload the last bit in the market and we might get a chance to buy COMB.N at a lower level though feel not below 100. The next would be that COMB.N will catch up with the rest of the banking sector, hence a good short term punt.
I am certainly not a short term trader and sure COMB.N at this level is a very good long term hold, but getting a short term boost always help.
Will be great to hear the forum opinion on this.
I do hold COMB.N shares at present.
