Does anyone know who is behind Corporate Services Pvt Ltd?
Also is there a reason why foreign funds have stayed away from CFIN?

Well may be because no one on the top 20 list wanted to sell it to anyone else... It could be the other way around.
But looking at the earnings and market price I think no one would sell at this level....

Yes but from the top 20 shareholding it appears that there is still a lot of shares available outside the top 20 - about 32%

Corporate Services Pvt Ltd is the Company ESOP. Earlier it owned approx 25 % of CFIN. They were asked to reduced to 10 or 15 %.
