I tried to observe the changes to the investment on subsidiaries & associates given in NDB annual report for the year ended 2011 & the report not yet audited for the year ended 2012, with the cash inflows given under investing activities in cash flow statement in the year 2012.Since limited information given in notes to financial statements (Year 2012) related to Sale & purchase agreement with the AIA, cash inflows from ( both bank & group) disposal of group companies shown in the cash flow statement cannot be reconciled.
Attempt was made to understand the impact of the sale & purchase agreement after reading many views given by experts in this forum. If someone has done such a reconciliation work which analyse the real impact for NDB & CIDC please publish it in this forum. This is interesting after knowing that there could be possible errors from company accountants. Thanks
