At current prices, I think it's a huge Opportunity. If my memory is good, I exited TWOD between 19/- and 20/50, several months back. It came down more than expected.

Got a small quantity today. If selling pressure continued, new investors may be able to get something more than 50% or more return within a short period of time.

What they are going through is a cash flow problem, which might give some opportunity to new Investor/Investors.

Do you think current management of TWOD is capable of overcoming their cash flow issues.

No wonder even if it comes rs-3.1:2 is pretty high ratio for capitalization of reserve. We can expect one rights in near future. If that is the case we cant get out if we buy pretty early... Just my view..

TWOD will struggle to put up another rights issue.

You see a rights issue is the best tool to raise money when the share price is high. But as the price becomes peanuts, you have to issue more rights per share. In the end it becomes very diluting for shareholders.

I don't know how much they are planning on raising but if it is too much they will have to think about a private placement. A private placement would be better for every1

I love the way u write mate..

In SL, ppl really want right issues like 20 rights for 1 shares, see WAPO for example.. How many bought over 10K? Evil or Very Mad

The funny example for subs will be SEMB & BLUE Twisted Evil

I don't want to artificially promote a stock, but TWOD is one of the few that really has a future under foreign management. TWOD under the ownership of a major institution could do really well.

Are you holding the above?
Why has a future, under foreign management? Local management can't manage these type of companies? Any reason?

I don't think any body can give a best price. But look for the market direction and plan the purchase price & quantity on different slabs.
