In reality, COMD would have ended up at a Loss if not for the fair valuation of the Investment Property write up (in the Statement of Comprehensive Income) amounting to Rs 241 Mill. Net profit after this write-up amounted to Rs 234 Mill.
Their is only Rs 16 Mill Cash so on 12 Mill shares, lucky if they give Rs 1 Dividend.
