So many companies are under IPO price.

SHL,EXPO, FLCH, HPFL, HVA UBC , CITW, TFIL, CITK etc etc

Wasn't JINS ipo price 10/= ..... still is pretty close to that Razz

So much for paying more dividends should increase the price

People talk about NEST and CTC to prove the value of long term holding but SIRA and JINS provide real examples for exceptions.

But from the beginning it was obvious that ,
# the business of the company is not 'good enough ' to be a public listed company.
There is a separate Thread in the Forum about PCH, which contains informative posts about this particular industry, origins, growth, players, level of competition, prospects etc, .

# the promoters / major shareholders are not " serious enough" to grow the business of the company and their main intention was to collect money from public and to make deals.
# the deal making went nicely during initial period, when the market is up, and some retail traders also made money. But some didn't follow the cardinal rules of this type of game , that is you have to get out with whatever the loss, when the trend reverses. Same as with ...GREG, DPL , CLPL, ........ ( how many other ..)
