Fortunately government does not care about these buggers. If you remember how many had told that LTTE terrorism could be defeated by military mission ? I think only handful. Finally when army was succeeding how many changed their tune ?
And government need not to worry about these buggers as majority of people do not care sayings of these buggers except for fun.
On the other hand government should reduce the corruption as much as possible for they will have to pay one way or the other for mismanagement of PUBLIC MONEY. We have witnessed the final fate of the most who mismanaged the public money.
Yes Great many except those Sihala Urumaya and JVP guy only.
It was in their Manifestos but how many patriots you now find here in open forums like this have voted to any of those parties?
None I believe.
And to be fair for majority of people who genuinely thought that LTTE could not defeated militarily it was actually not their own opinion...It was an opinion implanted on their minds by so called international community, tamil people who support Elaam and our ignorant lot including most of the politicians.
International community gave arms and technology, some of the tamil people gave the inside info (Ex: Karuna,Douglas etc etc) and ignorant and the politicians back the govt to defeat the LTTE.
Who support Eeleam, difficult to answer, there is a way you can ask your bosses to persuade the UNO to have a voting, then we can come to conclusion?
