I think you have seriously misunderstood me. I am not against international community. That is why I always put SO CALLED in front of that phrase. And I am also not against Americans. There are genuine people there also. Sometime it is easy to work with them rather than our people. But I am against with people who acts hypocritically. Unfortunately policy makers of some of those countries act in hypocritic passion. They uses one spoon for their friendly countries and another spoon for other countries.slstock wrote:Whitebull and anyone who is interested in my opinion
For future reference I want you to know that I treat humans on merit . Not on colour, race , religion or political interest.
I will judge people by what they do and say over a longer period of time. I will support anyone who is genuine. Local or foreigner. ( But when it comes to local matter when selecting foerigner over locals I will give preference to locals).
Not all foreigners are bad . And yes I have met plenty of good ones. Some of them even sympathize with Sri Lanka. Just because some politicians of certain countries ( including ours) play games to their fancy , it does not generally speak the stand of all people of any country.
You tend to categorize anything to do with foreigners as "Hypocritic International community". I do not like that. There are good humans and bad one in any country.
To be balanced we should admit the wrong and uphold the right irrespective of who they are.
Further more , below is how I see this "international conspiracy" against sri lanka. All of thiis might go away if we play a smart politics and try to resolve issues in a transparent way. Already international community aqccepted and ackwoledged the progress done. Do non of you see that this resolution is so diluted . US and others have softened their stand.

The person with the wound knows the pain. I feel the pain if I was not paid for 1.,5 years. I don;t care what govn is in power and I do no have political bias.
If your concern is regarding going to International community you seem to dislike a lot , HRC has a local body as Alchem pointed out . Also I don;t think Farmers will be that crazy to drag matters of such to geneva )
I too have personal experience with local HRC .Whitebull wrote:If local authorities are not responding they can file a court case. And if they have complained to local human right commission as mention by Alchemist we should support them.
And I hope that you are intelligent enough to understand the consequences of dragging hypocritic so called international community in to local matters.
I can also feel the pain of wounded people but I can also see the consequences of their emotional actions to overcome that pain. So that we should not become as emotional as them and say yes to their emotional actions but we should show them bad consequences of their actions and should show them the more wiser pathway to solve their problem.
And I am also against this cultural terrorism(which includes political and economical fraction) which is coming in the name of globalization.
