Hi All,
Is it the ESOP that is affecting the price of SAMP ?? or is it an indicator that the BFI run is over.

SAMP is a good share to buy even at 240, So this rapid drop is because of ESOP and gold issue, majority of Employees who got shares are not investors and most of them dont know the real value of the share but they get 100% gain even selling SAMP at 160. So individually they are winners but the situation is not good for the share price and market. But this decline is only short term ESOP or Gold issue are very minor and negligible for SAMP share price in long term . But probably this will continue for sometimes and further decrease is possible.

Terms & conditions stipulated in a standard ESOP scheme is not supposed to bring down the value of stock. I think the concept of the ESOP & its post outcome is misunderstood. In principal, that no company listed executes the ESOP scheme, if its execution results negative result. Am I correct?
Yet unsure of slump of gold in the market.

If at least one year lock-up period is imposed for heavily discounted ESOP share issues sudden dips of prices could be avoided. SEC should look at this issue seriously.
