Is it worth buying GLAS @ 6.30?

I am planning to put my 100% investment to this.

Looking at dividend yield , glas is trading at low prices.

I too thought so.... so I am trying to collect @6.20.. few reasons.... positives - as a company it performing good as per comment from experts, within next few weeks issue of financial statement/dividend declaration - thus some short term capital gains but if I miss it long term opportunity [but I am mainly for short term at least mid term], attractive dividends during last few years, many recommend this one, negatives - mainly electricity rate increase seems not good for this company.... that's it Smile

Also they have to pay 10% income tax in the near future . but this is an underated shares. If they sell thei land ( over due) , this could create a small wonder

yes me too agree! "investing all you have in one stock' that's kind of feeling you will automatically come up with the confident of your prediction/forecast but there are lot more other thing changing than we expect.... we will come to it once it CHANGED! by that time TIME is GONE! the only solutions remains by then is WAITING or BURNING! scratch

They were careful enough to hide the extent of the land they succeeded in selling.
I feel they could not get initially expected value due to the location of the property as they sold it to residential developers. - Maligawa Road, Borupana highly congested , narrow and industrial environment.

The extent could be around four - five acres. ( @ 4-500,000 per perch)
If so another 4-3 acres r with them.
